If You do not agree to the terms of the policy, please do not or stop using our applications and services.

    What Personally Identifiable Information (PII) do we collect from You when you visit our websites and/or applications and/or use our services?

    When do we collect information?

    We collect information when you register/create your business profile in Loyelte websites and/or applications; input your catalogue (including your brand name, stores address, employees information, products/services details you deal with, etc.); record customer orders & other transactional details; run campaigns; subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, open a support ticket or enter any other information in our sites; provide us feedback on products or services, etc.


    How do we use your information?

    Loyelte collects all information provided by You and such data is further being processed as documented below to serve you and your customers better:

  • All data provided by You, specific to your business, place of operation, products & services, employees, and contact details are available with you in your Loyelte account, which is accessible to you and your authorized representatives only,
  • Details specific to your products, services & stores, etc. is accessible to customers publicly, which act as catalyst, by improving your web presence, brand value and attract more sales,
  • Details specific to your new or special offers (& other important updates) can be disseminated to the customers without lag using state-of-the-art technology,
  • Every transaction you record, gets store in the Loyelte’s common database, which can be used further to read & understand customers behaviour, preferences, tastes, likes, etc. and drive higher customer engagement,
  • The common database is accessible to run your campaigns & promotions; and enable you to target customers’ considering their tastes, preferences, likes, dislikes, etc.
  • Past transactional records are being used to run more focused, and relevant campaigns for business growth, without compromising data privacy & security,
  • To run survey & collect customers’ feedback, which support you to serve customers better,
  • To communicate about our offerings and respond back on the queries,
  • To communicate important information such as changes in Loyelte’s policies, terms, and/or other administrative information,
  • To respond to judicial process and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law.

  • How do we protect your information?

    We implemented various security measures to protect the information at different instances, such as when a user enters its personal and/or business information, process its customers’ information and transaction details, or accesses information, to maintain the data safe and free from any kind of vulnerability or threat.

    We use regular Malware Scanning.

    Your personal information is contained behind the secured networks and is only accessible to limited number of persons who have special access rights to the systems and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive business information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

    An external PCI compliant payment gateway handles all Online Payments. All online payment transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

    We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information (or PII) to any third-party. Any emails and/or SMS sent by Loyelte will only be in connection with the application of agreed services and/or products.

    Periodically, Loyelte may reveal general statistical information about its users, such as total number of customers/visitors, number and type of goods and services offered, total value of business supported by Loyelte, etc. We reserve the right to communicate your personal information (PII) to any third-party that makes a legally compliant request for its disclosure.


    Do we use 'Cookies'?

    A “Cookie” is a small piece of information stored by a web server on a web browser, so it can be later read back from that browser.

    Loyelte do not use cookies for tracking purpose.


    Third-party Disclosure

    We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personal Information (or PII) unless we provide You a notice in advance. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website; conducting our business; or serving our users, so long as those parties agree to keep the information confidential. We may also release information when its release is appropriate to comply with law; enforce our site policies; or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

    We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our websites and/or applications.

    We do not use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.


    According to the Indian IT Act, we agree to the following:

    Users can visit our websites or applications anonymously.
    Once this privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our home page or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website.
    Our Privacy Policy link includes the word 'Privacy' and can easily be found on all the pages of the websites and applications.
    You will always be notified about all the changes in Privacy Policy.


    To be in line with Fair Information Practices we shall take following responsive actions, should a data breach occur:

    We will notify You via email, within 7 business days, Or
    We will notify all our users via in-site notification within 30 business days.

    We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which requires that an individual can legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere law. This principle establishes that an individual has enforceable rights against the data users and have recourse to the courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.


    No Spamming

    No spamming principle set the rules for commercial emails & bulk SMS, establishes requirements for commercial messages, and give recipients right to stop unwanted emails & SMS delivery.
